I have the same issues. Both website and iphone app. I’ve tried so many time in the past 2 weeks. Try to delete the app and download again. Still not working. How do I use my insurance if I can’t log in to find my provider? This is so frustrating.

Im having the same issues. The app will not allow me to login nor will the website even after changing my password and verifying my email. I need this fixed ASAP so I can find a doctor. The money is still being taken from my check so I would love to access services.

Same problem as they above continue to get the error messes of we did not recognize the username and/or password that was entered.

I'm having the same problem! I checked my bank and I'm still being charged, so I can confirm I have an account. I tried resetting my password but it said my username was invalid, and when I chose the forgot username option it said my email was invalid. The help page says its no longer available and can only be accessed through the members portal which i obviously can't access. My computer still has the login info saved too :/ I just want to check my coverage.
