Did you hear back from them? It's kind of shocking to make a huge payment to them and receive... nothing, no email with your insurance information and login help, etc. I signed up for dental insurance with a different company and heard from them immediately. I could even see a digital copy of my card before my coverage started.

How do I get my member ID? I have not received an email or letter with the ID number and I can't register on the app without it. I can't see benefits or anything.
