Hello, I never received a letter with my physical medical card. I'm unable to sign up and sign in.

In a similar circumstance, I was able to immediately obtain a temporary digital ID card from my BCBS account, which my doctor accepted without any problems.

I’ve been in the same situation and was able to log into my BCBS account to download a temporary digital ID card right away, which my doctor accepted without any issues.
