Our Present Family Physician ins M.D. Kirk Tieman at Regal Park Medical Center in Lubbock Texas . That is 13 miles from our him. We would like to find a Doctor closer to our house which is zip code 79403

I would like my PCP for me and my wife to be Dr. David Witt. My ID card's have two different doctors on them ?

Hello, If you are covered under an HMO plan you will need to change your PCP to this doctor before you see them in order for your visit to be eligible for coverage. You can change your PCP on your Blue Access for Members account or by calling customer service at the number on your ID card. ~ Kayla

I just moved to another city and have made an appointment to see a local Doctor. Do I need to change my PCP to this doctor with BCBS before my first visit? Or is that something I can do after my first visit with this doctor?
