How does a dependent sign up for a BAM account? When I try, using the primary's member ID I am (correctly) told that my information doesn't match hers. But I do not have separate ID (that I know of).

Hello, Your dependents who are over the age of 18 can create their own Blue Access for Members account to view their information. They will not be able to see your information.

Please note, only the policy holder is able to view explanations of benefits (EOB) on their account; any dependent who creates an account will be able to see their claim information but will not be able to view the EOB. ~ Kayla
