the website keeps giving a member not found error yet it allows me to change my password and user id. How can I get this resolved?

Same issue as many others via website AND mobile - I have changed my password several times trying to log in; I just changed it again and was given an error message "Member not found." Different error messages . This is B S and it seems that BCBS isn't trying to correct their site issues. I need to view my account and I want this fixed ASAP ---- I have already sent a "private message" to you all.

I applied for coverage 6/30/21 and it says my effective date is 07/01/2021. Does it mean that I can use the insurance after the effective date? How long does it take to process the application for the coverage?

Hello, If you just applied for coverage with us you would not yet be in our system for a Blue Access for Members account as your plan must be fully set up in our system before you can create an account there, which is different from the account you used to sign up for your coverage. Once your plan is set up you will receive an email with your plan information and at that point you will be able to create a Blue Access for Members account. ~ Kayla

I have just made a BCBS account and applied for coverage - yesterday to be exact. I tried logging in again this morning and got the "Member not found" error. I did the usual, changed passwords and cleared user history, but still had no luck. This is a bit frustrating as it is my 2nd day with them and I am already having issues. Then upon further explorations, I found out that is a common issue with others that has yet to be resolved...

Any tips on how to get it working again?

I've had a "ticket that it is working on" since December. All I've been told is it is looking into it. Absolutely horrible that a simple issue like this takes so long.

Both my husband and I have been having this issue with both of our accounts. And both of us have called BCBS, gotten it fixed, and it STILL doesn't work. I have cancer and am raising two children with autism, so I really need to be able to check our claims on a constant basis. The website has worked fine for years, and all of a sudden, it's horrible. Come ON BlueCross. This is ridiculous!!

I have yet to have the issue fixed and we are going onto month 4 with no solution....every few weeks I complain and am told they are looking into it....if your issue gets solved please let me know

I'm going through the EXACT same issue... very frustrating! They keep telling me to wait for a phone call from the escalated IT ticket person but I haven't heard anything yet and there's "no way" to contact them or find out what's up.
