My plan was done directly through you. I would like to terminate my policy effective immediately. My situation has changed and I have attained coverage elsewhere. Please let me know how best to get this executed.

How to cancel your plan will depend on the type of plan you have. If your plan is through your employer you will need to contact them directly. If your plan is through the Marketplace you can contact them at 800-318-2596 to cancel. If your coverage is through us directly you can send us a private message and we can help you with this. ~ Kayla
