 I am signing my wife up for the BCBS Blue Choice Gold PPO Plan in a day or two (she is eligible due to a Qualifying Event - Loss of Job Based Coverage).

If your wife signs up for her plan directly through us she can contact us by phone or by sending a message through the Message Center on her Blue Access account and we should be able to get that all taken care of for her. Some plans may have certain steps that are required for this change but we can check that for her after her plan is officially set up. &lt;br /&gt;
