I am needing to get an ESA housing letter for my dog to stay with me. She is already registered, however I am in need of a letter. Are there in network providers that can assist me?

Just a heads up, registration doesn't actually mean anything legally, landlords can't require it. What you actually need is a letter from a licensed mental health professional who has evaluated you. I used RealESALetter.com for mine, they connect you with a licensed therapist, do a real evaluation, and issue the letter the same day. Held up fine with my landlord.

Contacted your support team, BCBSTX, and was told that my ID cards are "not ready yet" and to check back in "a couple days." I can't help but wonder, if my benefits are reported active, and I've already paid for themn, why am I not able to use them for "a couple days?" This is inappropriate and scamming behavior. I should be able to access my benefits on the day that they start and my payment was successful.

I found the whole process fairly easy to navigate, and it was helpful to talk things through with a mental health professional. Having an ESA has definitely been comforting for me, especially during stressful times. It’s not a magic fix, of course, but I do feel like having that companionship has made a difference in my day-to-day life.
