Usually your ID and Group Number arrive with the member card, so the best option is to contact Member Services directly or check the online portal if available.

Also currently waiting for a response from the Connect Team about this.

I asked my employer and they said they don't have access to my information. Then I called BlueCross customer support and they told me they couldn't pull up any information about me. I'm told that I need to wait days or up to 4 weeks to get my member ID in the mail even though I should already be covered by the 1st (which I enrolled for days before the date). I don't even have any way of confirming if I'm enrolled at all because no one can find anything despite deductions already happening.

Seems very inefficient that I need to make another unrelated account on a forum to get answers just to create an account for the insurance

I’m in a situation where my landlord doesn’t allow pets, but my dog helps me emotionally a lot, especially on difficult days.

I’ve been reading about Emotional Support Animals and found ESA Letter Texas, which says it connects people with licensed professionals for ESA evaluations.

I’m just confused about how this works in real life. Do landlords usually accept ESA letters without issues, or does it depend on the situation?
