You have choices when choosing health coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Based on your income, family size and health plan, you may qualify for federal financial assistance. This could help lower your monthly payment. When you’re ready to enroll, you’ll have a variety of plans to choose from that fit your budget and needs. You'll also be able to see what your health insurance plan will cost before you make a final decision.
Help Is Here
There are two ways you may be able to get help paying for coverage.
Open enrollment for 2024 coverage begins Nov. 1 and ends Jan. 16, 2024. The deadline to sign up for a plan that begins on Jan. 1, 2024, is Dec. 15. If you miss open enrollment, you'll have to wait for the next open enrollment period or qualify for a special enrollment period.

Hi there; here are three main options for signing up for coverage for 2024:
1. Call us directly at 888-731-0383. Licensed sales agents will work with you to determine the plan that fits your needs.
2. Visit bcbstx.com. You can view and compare all plans available to you and fill out an application online.
3. Contact an independent, authorized BCBSIL agent. This is another method of talking directly to someone to help you choose a plan that meets your needs. If you need help finding an agent, go to our website's contact us page. Below Contact Us, select Request Agent and submit your information.
I received a phone call saying I had until December 15th to I believe either make changes and maybe re-enrol for 2024. I apologize if I'm saying it all incorrectly. I need help. I can't afford the $7000.00 deductible. If someone could please call me and help me with all this. I would be very appreciative. My # is 830-202-1758. I'm in Thorndale, Tx. And I've got AT&T. So my service sucks. Thank you so much.
