If you are a member of a federally recognized tribe you may not have to pay anything out of pocket for certain services that you receive if:
*Based on being an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe with a valid C.D.I.B. card.Even if your household income is more than $35,010 for an individual or $71,550 for a family of 4, you may not have to pay anything out of pocket for certain services received at an Indian Health Services (IHS) facility, tribal organization, or Urban Indian organization provider, or through referral under contract health services. Members of federally recognized tribes and Alaska Native shareholders are eligible for monthly special enrollment periods through the Marketplace, not just during the yearly Open Enrollment period.
