I received my cards in the mail. Yet somehow my doctor and pharmacy cannot find my coverage. After 3 days of spending 2-5, yes 5 hours on the phone with BCBS I still have no coverage according to customer service. Oh BCBS took my $1500 and left my kids with no asthma meds. They promise it will post "tomorrow" but I don't know if tomorrow will ever come. The above article should include the reality.
