Eggs? Terrible, unhealthy choice for anyone-why are they recommended? Dairy? Contributes to all sorts of cancer. &amp;ldquo;Complete&amp;rdquo; proteins? We know better than that these days. Do you know the medical term for protein insufficiency? Me neither, because it&amp;rsquo;s so rare. Stop buying into the &amp;ldquo;you need more protein&amp;rdquo; myth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Plant-based diet is the healthiest way to eat. BCBS needs to stand by that. Period.&lt;/p&gt;
