I am not even getting paid for Q0091 with preventive exam. Does BCBSTX bundles PAP smear with WWE?

I am under the assumption BCBS will not pay for pap smear but 1 time every 5 years. I am 64 years old, and was having pap smears yearly, until I was told by my doctor, approximately 4 years ago, BCBS will not cover yearly pap smears...please confirm if this is correct or not.

I turned 60 this year and my PCP has said the last couple years that I don't need a Pap smear any more. I still ask for one but this year she pushed the issue so I didn't have it. She didn't do a pelvic either and stopped doing digital rectal exams a few years ago. I am a radiation therapist and know that most patients are 50 and over so I'm concerned that my PCP is not wanting to do these exams anymore. Thank you
