&lt;p&gt;8 Sprays Nonstick Cooking Spray &lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp Kosher Salt &lt;br /&gt;1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper &lt;br /&gt;2 pounds Ground Chicken &lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup Yellow Onions, Diced &lt;br /&gt;2 TBSP Fresh Jalapenos, Minced &lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped &lt;br /&gt;8 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns&lt;br /&gt;1 TBSP Olive/Canola Oil 90/10 Blend&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Saute onions in olive oil until translucent, add cilantro and jalapenos, remove and chill thoroughly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the mixture to the ground chicken and blend. Add salt and pepper.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hand form into 4oz. patties and refrigerate until ready to cook.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook burgers on griddle that is sprayed with nonstick pan spray to internal temp of 165 degrees.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place on 2.75 oz wheat bun and serve.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;Note: Once patties are formed they may be placed in the freezer for a few minutes to firm up, this will make them easier to handle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
