&lt;p&gt;1 1/2 pound old fashioned oats, dry&lt;br /&gt;3 ounces sliced almonds&lt;br /&gt;3 ounces sunflower seeds, unsalted&lt;br /&gt;1 ounce brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp ginger&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;3 TBSP pure maple syrup&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp canola oil&lt;br /&gt;2 ounces unsweetened applesauce&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup agave nectar&lt;br /&gt;4 ounces pecan halves&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;4 ounces banana chips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;3 ounces cranberries&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, expect pecans, banana chips and cranberries. Make sure the liquids evenly coal all ingredients. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Spread mixture evenly onto sheet pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bake on center rack of preheated oven for 15 minutes. Toss granola and bake another 10 minutes. Granola should be a nice even, golden brown color.&lt;/li&gt;
