&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Directions:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Trim tough ends from lemongrass. Roughly chop lemongrass.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a blender, combine lemongrass, sesame oil, tahini, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, lime juice, turmeric, water and salt. Blend until smooth.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drain tofu. Optional: Mark tofu blocks on a grill prepared with pan spray. Cut tofu into 1/2&amp;quot; cubes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Toss tofu with lemongrass marinade. Allow tofu to marinate overnight or for at least 2 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
