&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:inherit;"&gt;Directions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Simmer wheat berries in water until tender. Let cool completely.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a large bowl, toss together cooked wheat berries, onions, garlic, scallions, corn kernels, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and oil.&lt;/li&gt;
