&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;Filling&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Pears, thinly sliced&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp Cinnamon and Nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup Maple Syrup&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup 100% Apple Juice&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup Dried Cranberries&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;Directions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For the &lt;strong&gt;crust&lt;/strong&gt;, combine the walnuts/pecans, dates, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor until mixture is combined, but not smooth.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Press mixture into the bottom of a 9&amp;ndash;inch non-stick pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Refrigerate as you begin the filling.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For the &lt;strong&gt;filling&lt;/strong&gt;, place pears, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, apple juice, and cranberries in a saucepan over medium-high heat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sautee until soft (approximately 10 minutes)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spread filling into crust.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Refrigerate until ready to serve (good warm or cold!)&lt;/li&gt;
