Hello,I recently had surgery and paid my 1500 deductible. What last at the pharmacy one of my medications came to about 900 dollars for a three month supply. This year I have different insurance than last year. Last year I had a prior authorization.
Is there a reason why this is not being covered at 90% as indicated on the membership card?
