PRIOR AUTH. CPT CODES NOT THROUGH CARELON

I am needing to get a prior authorization and Carelon (AIM) said that the cpt codes were not reviewed by them yet, in other words that they dont have them in their system, so she said to try to get the auth directly through BCBS...what do i do? I cannot get ahold of anyone, and when i tried to submit it online it was cancelled and said to go through Carelon (AIM)
