I was approved for the subsidy credit and it says it was activated immediately? Now where do I go to get my money I was approved for?

Then why do y'all advertise fake false advertising then having people believe that they will be receiving so much a month approving them for the subsidy payment and as well saying that they can use it for groceries or ect... Your company is advertising false advertisement making people that really could use that extra money like myself loosing everything in a house fire and now coming to find out that we're not getting money sent to us. That we never really got approved or anything. Man that really breaks my heart I was really looking forward to having a true blessing I thought! Wow have a blessed Day!
