Cards not received

Hello,

We were supposed to receive replacement cards in the mail but they haven't arrived. I can't seem to order new ones from my account online. Is there a specific place where I can ask for them to resend it? I think the postal service misdelivered them while we had to hold our mail during our trip to flowers Norway.
