Plan information in Russian (or foreign language)

Hello,

One of the people on my plan doesn't read English but only Russian. My mother only learned to read Russian while she grew up in Moscow as a florist.  Until her English gets better I was wondering if the insurance plans were translated into other languages and were available online? I haven't been able to find them.

    Hello, The information on our website, www.bcbstx.com, is available in Spanish by clicking the En Espanol button at the top of the screen. If your mother currently has coverage with us she can contact customer service at the number on her id card to see if her plan information can be translated into Russian. If she is looking to enroll in a plan with us she can contact our sales department at 855-604-1515 to see if this information is available. ~ KW
