Good Morning, I just wanted to respond back to confirm I was able to receive all the information regarding my health insurance as well as a temporary ID card until mine arrive via mail. Thank you for your expedited response and assistance.

Yes I enrolled for my health benefits over two weeks ago and have not received anything back with any information such as my group and member number or anything to help me create my BAM account. I'm paying out of pocket for medical expenses because I don't have my ID cards or anything yet. Can someone assist me with this?
