Trying to create an account and receiving an error message on the first step. It says my personal information doesn’t match any of their records in the system. I’ve double checked my ID # and of course I’m entering my name and birthday correctly. I really need to make this account so I can make an appointment with a new doctor. My benefits started on 11/01/24.
