I need my member ID and have not recieved my welcome letter or my card yet

    I signed up for health insurance through my employer on the 16th of October and have not received any information about my coverage in the mail or through email.  Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas is my provider who I am enrolled with effective date 10/1/26 according to Whole Foods Market's website.  However, I have no member id number.  Can you please provide me with the information to obtain my member id #?
