I had some issues with my apartment management not allowing pets, but I was able to get an ESA letter through RealESALetter.com, and they finally accepted it. It helped clear things up with my landlord.
Now I'm wondering how long is the ESA letter valid? Do I need to renew it every year or only if I move to a new place?
