I need my card I dont have a letter or a card.

I do not have the letter with me. I need my info to create an online account. So I need my member number.

Hello,

As we have started the new year, and my previous insurance has ended, i am needing my new membership card information, incase there is an issue before i receive my actual physical card.

Did you hear back from them? It's kind of shocking to make a huge payment to them and receive... nothing, no email with your insurance information and login help, etc. I signed up for dental insurance with a different company and heard from them immediately. I could even see a digital copy of my card before my coverage started.
