Inability to Sign into Online Account

I do not recall ever signing up online but when I put in my ID number, it says an account was already created. How do I log in since there are no direct numbers to call?

    Alright, this is a pickle! So, someone's digital doppelganger is apparently squatting on an account using your ID. Sounds like a bureaucratic black hole wrapped in tech glitches. Gosh, navigating online account mysteries can feel like herding cats in the dark. This is a similar situation where I tried accessing my old college portal, but a system error refused to recognize my credentials, a frustratingly steep @Slope to climb when trying to get transcripts. Now I’m thinking of how to fix it.
