Past Lab Work

I was a member with BCBS and recently have changed jobs and they use UHC. I need access to lab work that was recently done and unable to access through the website.

I am unsure of my member ID but can provide other details to search for my account. Please help. This lab work is needed to get Rx's. I appreciate your help.
