I would like to get my ID number and group number so I can set up my account.

Check Your Mail: Your ID and group number are usually sent along with your membership card. If you haven't received your card yet, that might be why you don't have the information.

Contact Member Services: If you haven't received your member ID card, it's best to reach out to BCBSTX Member Services directly. They can provide you with your ID and group number.

Check Online: If you have access to an online portal for your membership, you might be able to find your ID number and group number there, 99 nights in the forest

If you haven’t received your member ID card yet, you won’t have an ID or group number available, so you’ll need to wait for the card or contact BCBSTX Member Services directly to have them provide it to you.
