What are the compliance rules for PAP

What are the compliance rules for PAP devices (CPAP)? I can't find the medical policy or document that shares this information.  I found this on a website, but I don't know if it is true:

  • PAP use is greater than or equal to 4 hours per night on 70% of nights during a consecutive 30-day period within the first three months of therapy.2
