I'm helping my daughter setup her BCBS account.  She has paid her fees through AHP and has received her group ID and Member ID.  When we try to register for Blue Access for members we get the error message The personal information you have entered does not match any member in our records.  The insurance is effective 1/1/26.

Double-check that you're entering the information exactly as it appears on her AHP documentation, paying close attention to capitalization and spaces. If that doesn't work, I'd definitely recommend calling BCBS directly. Perhaps there's a slight delay in their system updating, or maybe there's a typo on their end.
