I'm helping my daughter setup her BCBS account.  She has paid her fees through AHP and has received her group ID and Member ID.  When we try to register for Blue Access for members we get the error message The personal information you have entered does not match any member in our records.  The insurance is effective 1/1/26.

If the insurance is only effective from 1/1/26, BCBS often won’t fully load the member details into Blue Access until much closer to that date. The IDs can be valid, but the online portal won’t recognise them yet.
