A private message was sent to you with additional detail.
Despite repeated attempts over the past year to engage through the appropriate channels, we have not received meaningful follow-up or resolution. Our most recent communication was with Alex W. All required documentation authorizing me to communicate on my client’s behalf has been submitted; however, we have not received any response since that time.
At this point, the continued lack of communication is unacceptable. We are requesting direct engagement with the appropriate contracting representative to move this renegotiation forward without further delay.
This email serves as a formal request for a response by February 13. If we do not receive confirmation and next steps by that date, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance, along with notifying the appropriate professional associations.
