Has Anyone Used RealESALetter.com for an ESA Letter?

Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to get an ESA letter and came across RealESALetter.com. I wanted to ask if anyone here has used it and whether it’s a legitimate and reliable option. Do they actually connect you with licensed professionals and provide valid letters for housing? I’d really appreciate any experiences, advice, or alternative recommendations.
