Can emotional support animals reduce daily anxiety

Hi guys,

I’ve been dealing with anxiety on a daily basis, and some days are definitely harder than others. I’ve tried basic things like improving routine, avoiding stress triggers, but the results aren’t always consistent.

I keep seeing people talk about emotional support animals and how they help with anxiety, but I’m not sure how real or effective that actually is. While researching, I also came across ESA Letter Texas and similar services explaining the process.

For those who have experience-do ESAs actually help reduce anxiety in everyday life, or is it more of a temporary emotional comfort?
