Could an ESA Letter Help Reduce Feelings of Isolation Caused by Depression?

One of the most difficult aspects of depression is the sense of isolation that many people experience. Even when surrounded by others, it can be hard to feel connected or understood.

I recently read about ESA Letter Texas and how Emotional Support Animals may provide companionship and emotional comfort for people facing mental health challenges. This made me wonder whether having an ESA and a legitimate ESA letter could help reduce some of the loneliness associated with depression.

Has anyone here found that an Emotional Support Animal made a noticeable difference in their emotional well-being?
