Is a home test covered for sleep apnea? Does it require a prior authorization? Is Zepbound covered for sleep apnea authorization?

Does anyone know if the customer service team can also confirm whether the home sleep apnea test needs a referral or prior authorization? And for Zepbound, would the coverage requirements depend on the specific plan? Just trying to understand what needs to be checked before scheduling anything.
