For CPAP supplies after the first year, what are the compliance rules? I satisfied the initial 4 hours per day for 21 out of 30 days, as well as the follow up doctor visit. How do I continue coverage after this first year? Do I have to continue to allow the DME company access to the CPAP machine once I've paid it off?
