need help please! Relocating - h4 visa with a special need child

Please we need help!
We are going to relocate from England to Dallas/Texas this November. My husband's work place is located in California but my husband is going to work for them from Texas. We are going to have Health Insurance through my husband's work but the company asked us to make our research in Texas and find an insurance company with a suitable plan. Than we have to give them the insurance company and the specific plan name and they (my husband's workplace) will process it us a health insurance what they provide. We have been suggested to chose Blue Cross Blue Shield from others. We are a family of 4. Two adults (44 yrs. old) and a girl of 5 and a boy of 7 yrs. Our son has Prader Willi Syndrome what is a rare genetic disorder.

My husband will be on H1 Visa and we as dependants will be on H4 visa status for at least 3 years.

My question is please what plan do you think would be the most suitable for us? Can you please recommend a plan you have ASAP since we have to make our decision in a week!
