You can view your ID card on your Blue Access for Members account on our website, www.bcbstx.com. The ID card will be located under the My Coverage tab. If you have not yet created an account you can do so by clicking Sign Up or Log In and then New User? Register Now. ~ Kayla

My coverage plan started in November and all premiums are being regularly taken from my paycheck - but I have not received a welcoming letter or the physical cards.

I enrolled through my employer and I have not received anything from BCBS yet. The insurance supposed active starting this month. I do not have any id nor policy # and unable to register online and obtain my insurance information.  How do I find out about my policy information ? Because i have prescription that need to be refill.
