Can I please get help finding my information, I haven't received any paperwork and I need to get prescription filled.

I enrolled through my employer and I have not received anything from BCBS yet. The insurance supposed active starting this month. I do not have any id nor policy # and unable to register online and obtain my insurance information. How do I find out about my policy information ? Because i have prescription that need to be refill.

My coverage plan started in November and all premiums are being regularly taken from my paycheck - but I have not received a welcoming letter or the physical cards.
Hi Chanter, You can print a temporary ID card to use on your Blue Access for Members account on our website, www.bcbstx.com. To create an account you will want to click Sign Up or Log In and then New User? Register now. The temporary ID card is located under the My Coverage tab.
