My pediatric vision benefits are still not transmitting properly to Davis Vision. This time the 15% discount off balance over $150 allowance is not being sent from BCBS to Davis Vision. This benefit is on page 65 of my benefit booklet TX-I-EX-H-MSP-EOC-16. Please help.
