My husband is battling a rare disease and we've been looking for answers for the last year. His doctor has suggested a clinical trial as our only option. He has lost almost all use of his feet and legs. We had lined up a call between a doctor employed by y'all and by his doctor at Houston Methodist, Robert Glen Smith, on Friday. When they got on the phone BCBS said y'all had the "wrong doctor" and it would be 8 days before another call could be lined up. It's incredibly frustrating as he gets a little worse every day. Looking for answers or how to move this process along. Thanks in advance!
