filing claims electronically

I would like to be able to file a claim online. I've used other BCBS companies and been able to do this. My particular clinic is not in-network and they do not file insurance. They provide me with the diagnosis codes and assist me in filing it. Will this entity introduce a secure channel so that itemized bills and claim forms can be downloaded and sent electronically? Would I be able to do this on this page?

Hello, Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept claims online. I am not aware of any plans to introduce this option at this time.

You can submit a claim by mailing your itemized bill or receipt along with the claim form found here - www.bcbstx.com/.../medical_claim_tx.pdf
