I would like to know if Chantix is covered under my plan. I would like to get a prescription to help me quit smoking and want to know the cost before hand.

Hi Jennifer, I have been unable to locate this plan ID in our system. The letters DXJ indicate this may be an Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, which is separate from us. You'll need to reach out to them for information. ~ Kayla
