I can't get my claims paid because my doctors aren't in network and there is no referral for them.  Why do I need a referral for a family practice doctor  that I've been going to for 30 years and he's the one that referred me to my neurologist.  What good is it to pay $236 a month for nothing.

    I have been drafted from my bank acct twice in the same month, I didn't sign up form my money to be taken out in the first place. I have called BCBS and they told me they would refund me my money, well its been over two weeks and nothing!! I also called my bank to stop these drafts. I wish I knew this company did business this way, would of gone with a different insurance. Still waiting for my money to be put back in my acct. Its over $600 I'M PISSED OFF AT THIS POINT!!
