I bought a 2017 BCBS Plan F Supplemental Medigap policy.Medicare is primary. BCBS is Supplemental.I get a card from BCBS saying Texas Health is out of their network in 2017 and I have to find new doctors.Can BCBS Supplemental only accept some Medicare drs?
